The direct beach access was acceptable.
I was REALLY annoyed that the pool service was so slow. It often took over 30 minutes to get a drink, and there were times no one even came around to take orders. Plus, the gym was really small for such a HUGE hotel. It only had a few pieces of equipment, and it felt overcrowded ALL the time.
